Eugene V. Lombardo, Col., AUS, Ret.

 Eugene V. Lombardo, an advertising, sales and public relations executive with extensive experience in the New York Area, is a recognized leader in business, military, community, public affairs and special events. He recently stepped down as Executive Director of the USO of Metropolitan New York. 

A native of Brooklyn, who now lives on Staten Island, Col. Lombardo distinguished himself during his military career, serving with the 3^rd Infantry Division, during the Berlin Wall and Cuban Missile crisis, and his meritorious service during the Persian Gulf War in Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. 

Col. Lombardo also served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Information Management and Chief of Public Affairs/Protocol for the 77^th U.S. Army Reserve during the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island celebrations.
